I totally changed my idea. Yep. But I guess completed storyboards for a new idea is better than being stuck on story ideas for the last. I least this time I know where I'm going.
That said, not all the work has gone to waste. The fat cat makes a cameo appearance in the new idea, he's just no longer the star. I also did some concept art for this Jack Russel terrier that has made it into the film.
Basically, the film's about a mockingbird that mocks everyone. There's gonna be a lot of expressions going on. Here's some concept art I did for his design:
Despite it being much newer than the last idea I'm a lot more confident about this one. I'll try to upload the animatic in a few days.
